We are looking for enthusiastic Centre manager responsible for executing appropriate operating strategies and plans for ResQ Company Owned Company Operated Service Centre with the objective of maximizing revenues, profit and customer satisfaction
Job description :
• Responsible to ensure Response Time (RT) and Turn Around Time (TAT) targets are achieved for all customer calls
- Ensure revenue generation through RCP (AMC) sale, accessories sale and other related service activities
- Identify variation in SLAs, Sales, NPS scores and take corrective actions/decisions accordingly
- Mentor team performance by analyzing GAPS in working found, documented approach, analytical method adopted, dashboard based
- Ensure QUALITY of manpower are deployed for the Service Network execution through systematic L&D program and Validation programs
- Expense verification of the Service Centre and have Cost Control and find out the wrong practices
