Ltd. is one of the biggest automobile dealership in the state of Odisha for Maruti Suzuki.Odyssey Motors started its journey in the year 1999 with Maruti Authorised Sales & Service showroom at Ainthapalli, Sambalpur. Since than it has come a long way. Now the company has multiple outlets of Maruti Sales & Service set-up at different places in Odisha starting from Sambalpur and then at Angul, Bargarh and Bolangir.We are looking for a qualified Customer Care Executive(preferably female) who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support. • Managing a team of representatives offering customer support. • Overseeing the customer service process. • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention. • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery. • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff. • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. • Maintaining a pleasant environment for customer delightFor this the criterias are: • A bachelor's degree in any field • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience. • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. • Knowledge of CRM systems. • Computer skills. • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR7,000.00 - INR8,500.00 per monthExperience: • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)Education: • Bachelor's (Required)Location: • Odisha
